Trying to break the 200 lb boundary. It is SO SLOW. the first 40 lbs practically fell off, but it is true work, dedication and pure meanness that is keeping me going toward my goal of 180 lbs.
203.0 lb Lost so far: 57.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

that damn 200 barrier seems to take forever for a lot of us! Keep working at it and eventually your body will get the point lol
