146 this morning..taking my vitamins and minerals I feel good about my weight loss. It has taken along time to lose. Maybe it will stay away this time. I know my eating habits are much better than before and I also know the calories in certain foods that I eat often.
146.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.0 lb a week

You DESERVE to feel good about that weight; you've worked hard to get here, and now that you know you can do it, staying at goal should be (forgive me) a piece of cake! Congratulations!
