I haven't log a journal in awhile because I have been so busy. I started working out with a personal trainer twice a week. I also started Food Lovers Fat Loss. This is a great way to lose weight. I lose about a little less than a pound a day when I remember my water. It really suprised me the difference water makes in weight loss. I know now that I have finally found a program that I can stick with.
