My new calorie requirements based on TDEE has me close to taking in 3500 calories?!! I just can't get myself to make the switch..but I will take some steps in that direction.
170.0 lb Lost so far: 27.1 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
