Stick to calorie intake of approx 1300 - 1400 per day with exercise of approx 250 calorie burning per day, 20 mins swimming at minimum!
205.0 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 51.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
