Hi Mmw1. Is Slimming World like a Weight Watchers program?

Hi, yeah kind of.Same kind of concept.Lots of unlimited foods but things you wouldn't think as being unlimited. You are allowed 15 syns a day although I don't feel I need to use them.I don't go to weekly weigh in groups or anything.I did it online a few yrs ago and kept the 'gumpf'.I buy the mag each month full of delish recipes and a week meal plan which I am going through this week.It used to have something called red day/green day but it now has extra easy plan which incorporates both. They call it food optimising. You can't get hungry on it and can if you wish have a full English breakfast every day if you wanted to.I am an egg fiend and eggs are unlimited so I'm happy. I did have a look at weight watchers but it didn't seem to connect with me, so I bought a couple of their mags to see if I liked it better than SW but didn't find it half as good. WW/SW all very much the same idea. Where are you based? check out SW online. It's well known here in the UK.x
