Calorie goals:
0-100 cal juice per day (helps hydration)
0 cal Breakfast (I never eat/want this)
250-300 cal lunch (If fasting then add cals to dinner)
800 cal dinner
0-150-300 cal dessert (10-20%)
(Dessert/treat optional, but doesn't break the bank)
174.2 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
