Katsolo's Journal, 28 August 2020

Late swim, close to 10PM, work is work, days are long, stress is high. Strong swim, 815 long straight strokes, big paddles, uninterrupted. 10.2 METs, heart rate low 140's, much frustration left my body. All good.

Muscle mass holding right near that 92, has been for a couple weeks, we're calling it an actual gain, so that's close to 4 lbs since November, I started at 88. Blob up slightly this morning, I didn't hang or do any abs yesterday at all. I know that's not directly related, but wouldn't it be nice if it were? Might go hang upside down in a few.

I did order groceries this morning, so yay!
