Had a business lunch. We had BBQ. I ate everything. Broke Keto I think. I'll see later. It was worth it. I haven't had those kind of carbs in over a month.
263.6 lb Lost so far: 10.4 lb.    Still to go: 98.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
