Facts:

I had a 600 calorie surplus yesterday.

I barely got any sleep.

I ate a big meal from DQ including a double cheeseburger, an Oreo Brownie Cupfection AND a small Oreo Cheesequake Blizzard!

The extra calories are energizing me and dude! What's up with that loss?!

I need a steady supply of caffeine this morning. Gonna hit it soon to start this day off right!

And Khrissy, it's tough, but it is possible to flex with a smile(ish) - still strained 😆
154.5 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

How do yall post pictures in your journal? My entries are just txt LOL. And I'm looking both online, as well as on my phone. You rockin it Chris, by the way, that's a great sign of healthy life, when you can recover from a surplus, or come back from a loss strong, it doesn't phase you, cause it's a marathon. But please someone tell me how do I post photos?
