hi, am still 115lbs because I've had fish and chips and a huge helping of chocolate cake, plus macaroons and ice cream so feel as big as a house end. so this week I'll try harder. but I feel all talk and no action so I NEED TO WAKE UP AND SEE THE FAT!!!!!
115.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
