Katsolo's Journal, 24 August 2020

Not going to lie, this is slightly terrifying to me. Pants still fit, don't feel bloated or anything, my abdomen isn't out in front of me, but the gain over the week is crazy and scary. Whether I go up or down, it's usually very slow. Muscle mass holding, got my water weight back up, blob also holding. I may keep up the focus on protein and notch back elsewhere. Mom also asked if I was losing weight again, so it's not my imagination. Bodies are so darn weird. I'm expecting that the water/muscle weight will drop tomorrow. Also, I drank a ton of water yesterday due to it being hot and humid. Finally turned on the AC last night because it was 85 in the house at 9PM. I was just tired of being hot. Slept really well.

Solid swim yesterday before going out with BF for dinner. 10.5METs, heart rate at 140, did 800 and some change strokes although watch counted 42,203 (haha, I wish). 13/20 swims for August. If I swim every day for the rest of the month, I'll get there. It's hot, so that will help.

Took the big dog with me to dinner since everything is outside and it was Sunday evening. Good time for him to practice manners. My car is not supposed to lock with the key inside, but it did. Thankfully, BF was able to go get my spare and everything is fine, but that was some extra drama. Need to look up if this is an issue or not, but I'm going to start treating my smart keys like dumb keys from now on. If it had been earlier in the day or I'd been alone, we would have needed to break the glass. Which I would have done in a heartbeat. Anyways, it all worked out.

Anyways, another busy week, happy Monday. Good luck to us all, we're going to need it.

Oh gosh... Dogs and cars. That would be stressful for sure. I'm glad all ended well and you could get your spare set!
