Hi Ladies and Gentlemen, how is everyone? I am well weight stayed the same. Because I had fish and chips and mushy peas Thursday night our oldest two grandsons got their GCSEs and yesterday my milkshake was 360 calories. My fish and creamy chocolate cake afterwards were 900 calories so I'm not surprised. Anyway there is time to lose the last 3lbs. I can do this, and so can you. So what are we waiting for. Merrymel.
