Well, I had to go from 255 back down to 246. This time it seems to be sticking. My weekends are NOT a binge fest and I'm staying true to my food plan. It's now or never. I can't keep going up and down like I have been. It's been one day at a time mixed with LOTS of exercise. I WILL get to my goal!!
246.0 lb Lost so far: 129.0 lb.    Still to go: 61.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.1 lb a week

weekends are still a challenge for me. I haven't been able to control my meals on weekends. But I keep trying until I finally eat healthy on those days too.
