Blew this weeks progress. Bad foodie night. I did however, added weights into my regiment so we'll see tomorrow, that's when I redo my measurements. Have a healthy day🙏😁
219.2 lb Lost so far: 10.8 lb.    Still to go: 34.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
