Today I weighed in and I am down to 202. So very excited. I took my son to his doctor this morning and he is down 16lbs in two months!! I am so very proud of him.

202.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb. Still to go: 52.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 7.0 lb a week
