I look forward to my lunch - I don’t crave anything in the morning or night so it’s been easy! I just wish I was losing more weight!!🙁😬🙃
208.7 lb Lost so far: 12.2 lb.    Still to go: 28.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
