I need to get my head on straight. I'm sitting here working in my home office until 2am every day, with breaks for basic chores. Stress level 11.
169.6 lb Lost so far: 42.4 lb.    Still to go: 19.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 8.4 lb a week

Don't lose sight of taking care of yourself. Prioritize, simplify & delegate. Sometimes the hardest thing to do is let something stay undone, but if the alternative is compromising your own health & well-being (both physical & emotional), it's the lesser of two evils. k is right. Don't neglect yourself. Although sometimes it is hard to do, it is vital to your health. Hope things start to lighten a bit for you soon!
