Did okay on the food intake yesterday. Took Mom out to the cemetery to put flowers on Dad's marker this morning before the storms came in. Afterwards, I took her out to eat lunch at this great Mom & Pop Italian restaurant and she enjoyed it. It's a blue and dreary day, but we didn't cry. Mr Coco cried when I showed him a pic of the marker... and so did my sis when I texted a pic to her. I get sad at the least predictable times, but usually not at the times when you'd expect to be most sad, like today at his grave. I think Mom and I are alike that way.
