I am having a rough period this week, so I am happy with a +.2. I know it is all water bulge.

I had someone tell me I looked skinny today! Oh my Gosh! Pretty Cool.
212.4 lb Lost so far: 31.6 lb.    Still to go: 37.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
