Steady as she goes. So proud of myself on how much water I pushed to drink yesterday. That’s my true struggle, liquids. The xtra effort in my water routines are paying off. Feeling more core toning. Be good to yourself all, be well.
214.5 lb Lost so far: 61.5 lb.    Still to go: 74.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
