I'm on hold with "Starz"....I signed up for a free month thru Redbox so we could watch Outlander a couple of months ago. Apparently when I attempted to cancel, it didn't because it showed up as a charge on this months's credit card bill. I went online (on my actual computer) to make sure it has been cancelled & I guess when I did it on my phone I didn't hit "Yes, I want to cancel" a bazillion times cause that's what I had to do today!

I have been eating a few more daily calories this week. Last week I averaged around 1600 a day for the week. I'm still maintaining under goal, but up slightly (about a lb.) Yesterday, I would have been right at my RDI of 1800, even after having 2 slices of pizza....If i had only eaten the half a macadamia nut cookie for my dessert...but skipped the bowl of Boom Chika Pop Caramel Corn....I obviously really wanted.

I keep forgetting to mention the chicken hanging out in our neighborhood that we've seen each day on our walk. She must have escaped from somewhere, but is living in the woods on the property next to us. I don't know what will happen when it starts to get cold. She's obviously alluding the predators at night.

Chicken breast and cheese tortellini on the menu tonight. I'm going to attempt a lemon butter sauce to go on it.

Since, the darn Blue Jays & Hummingbirds....& yesterday the Chicken haven't been cooperative about having their photos taken....I'm sharing some other pretty shots I've snapped ;-)
142.6 lb Lost so far: 30.2 lb.    Still to go: 7.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
