I did pretty well this week. My primary goal was to avoid binge eating or undereating while i track my intake. I'm down 2.2lbs from last Wednesday. If I lose 2.7lbs this next week I'll be under my obese line and half way back to a comfortable weight.(165 was my pre-pandemic weight) I would love to keep my calories under 1800 but it didn't feel like enough when I'm watching 4 kids (including twin toddlers) constantly while maniacally cleaning. I also got in some good pokemon walks with my big kids. Pokemon go players lets be friends!
172.6 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 2.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
