Day 2 - looked back over my past weight loss logs which actually helps me realize that up and down is kind of what I do and inspires me to know I can do it again. At least I have not arrived at my all time high weight - or at least recorded weight 0f 277.
237.6 lb Lost so far: 21.6 lb.    Still to go: 52.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
