Stupid O' Clock is my new normal. I have a day of Zoom meetings and blending. So many orders to go out.
And, I finally bit the bullet, after much discussion with the Husband and family, and started the enrollment for nutritionist classes.
Always forward. Always onward.
133.0 lb Lost so far: 87.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
