Debbie Cousins's Journal, 09 August 2020

In spite of not losing for a couple of days, I'm doing great. I know the weight loss will come if I just continue to be faithful to my plan. I've been making HOMEMADE food to have for one meal a day, to save on the cost of the Atkins meals (which are $4/each here). Made the roast beef and Loaded Baked Potatoes early last week, and yesterday I made Salisbury Steak. I didn't put a vegetable in my freezer container for the Salisbury steak because it is higher in net carbs (10) than most of my other meals, and it's very filling. I can always add some in if my carbs are low for the day I eat it.
237.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 87.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Homemade is good. Make extra and make your own ready made meals.
