Weight is coming back down. I hate being on a continual diet.
168.0 lb Lost so far: 33.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

My boyfriend told me that I am always "dieting" I told him that it's a healthy lifestyle not a diet. Even after I lost all my weight in 2017 I still continued to clean eat because I just felt so much better than if I ate unhealthy. Your body loves you for it 💜😊 Keep up the dedication. It will pay off 💪😊💜
