New low 😀 I have not been trying to lose anymore, but for some reason a few days ago I had a feeling I was going to go a little lower.

I've been catching up with family by phone. Yesterday Hubby & I had 2 conversations with family in Canada....a Niece & her husband & another Niece. We're a bit bummed there is no cross border travel right now. We had talked of a possible family trip to the Northeast US in the Fall early in the year. Now, we're waiting for things to move forward. Today, I talked to my sis that lives 3 hours from me. She is recuperating from surgery a week ago.

So, Hubby & I finished the Ozark series 😮 We started a new one on Amazon...Poldark. It's a little less dark than the last 2 we've watched.

No big plans today. Wrapped up the preperation for starting Medicare Sept. 1st, today. I never would have thought I'd be so happy to get older! It will be a nice break to not have to pay for private health insurance!! The premiums & deductibles are rediculous 😟

I was out for more groceries yesterday. Walmart didn't have any Everything Bagel seasoning but I did pick up some Tajin to try.

I think burgers for dinner tonight. 🍔 Maybe baked beans on the side.
141.4 lb Lost so far: 31.4 lb.    Still to go: 6.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
