This keeps being easy! I love losing weight these days, for several reasons:

1. Losing weight (duh).
2. I feel better.
3. I love the recognition I get from friends and family, as they follow my journey closely and give me tons of support.
4. It is not really that hard to do, once you are motivated. And I am very motivated.
5. I have not eaten this good food in a long time. I do NOT miss junk food or chinese buffets full of junk.
6. The amount of calories that I am "obligated" to consume are more than plenty on an average day, once you know what you can or can not do.
7. I love starting to notice the physical changes I am making.
8. I love having more energy.

There are many more, but these immediately comes to mind.

Anyways, I lost another lb today. I am damn proud. I was a little curious, as we went to a pizza place yesterday. But wise choices - a durum roll (essentially a big flour tortilla rolled up) with good quality chicken breast, lettuce, tomato, jalapeno and salsa did me good and was easy to calculate calories on, thanks to the android mobile app for fatsecret. If you guys have not incorporated your cell phones into your weight loss, you really should. Even the cost of an (awesome) new cell phone is worth it in weight loss alone. :)

309.1 lb Lost so far: 32.6 lb.    Still to go: 121.7 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
