Today is MILESTONE DAY! Today, I have officially lost 30 lbs! :) Go ME!

I love weighing in on Wednesdays. Wednesdays seems to be the day where I have a significant weight loss most of the times.

Yesterday was a long, hard day. Early to work, and home late, serving two jobs. I at reasonably, staying well within my calories, and had all my water and everything. I think the kicker is that I get to drag my relatively heavy guitar to a local school (walking!) and then rock out with a bunch of kids for 210 minutes! After that, I get to lug all my gear home (again, walking!).

This made me lose 900g since yesterday. Not bad.

Today, I am shifting my work hours to help my wife stay home from work. We work the same place, and I will be here to turn off the alarm to she does not have to. She has a major test today and I wish her the best of luck.

I slept horrible last night - we will see how that affects my weight loss, if at all. I will make sure to do right, and enjoy my day.

Life is good!
