ok, so i said that i wasnt going to weigh myself, but i had to!! i feel so great today!! i lost 6.5 lbs, my acne is clearing up, and i have so much energy. i love this diet. i actually eat more, and lose weight the right way. its amazing!!
130.0 lb Lost so far: 39.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
