ok yay im back down again. but it wasn't easy!!I did take the advice of my lovely friends on here and i ate yesterday. I am so thankful to have the support here it REALLY helped put me back on track. so THANK YOU! i will continue to eat and plus my mood is soo much better. my biggest problem is my midsection so my goal is to do 30 minutes of ab work a day. it's a bit cold this week for florida so i have to do all my outside workouts earlier which might be good to change it up a bit. i can only do rollerblading 20 minutes at a time right now because i have to break in my new blades right now they hurt my ankles. i was reading an article about madonna and it was interesting to read how she is such great shape. here is the link if anyone wants to read it. http://news.softpedia.com/news/Madonna-039-s-Diet-and-Exercise-Routine-Revealed-84815.shtml

Good job! Just be patient. I don't have time right now but i'll check out that link for Madonna, although I don't want to look like her, she's all bones and muscle, not in a good way. Well, my opinion anyway...

Okay, I read it. The whole thing about spices? Spices are what's supposed to keep you sane when eating bland food but whatever. Obviously the plan works but everyone's different! Madonna is obviously willing to sacrifice a lot.

With Weight Watchers you do not have to give up anything (unless you have a medical reason). I gradually found ways to prepare lower fat/lower point versions of my favorite foods. What will help keep you sane is to eat food that is satisfying. If you don't you will cheat and overeat the things you really love and just feel guilty afterwards. Spices are good, but so is anything else that YOU find satisfying. I only eat butter - not margarine - so I put a small amount of butter on my bread and other foods which is so satisfying to me. The weight will come off - it just takes time. I was watching Oprah last week and it really hit me that if I focus on being healthy all of the rest will fall into place - I will lose weight, I will exercise, etc.

I agree... Weight Watcher has been the only plan that has not made me feel like I was giving up EVERYTHING! Being satisfied with most things is making it a little easier..knowing I CAN eat a cookie or a piece of bread makes me not go overboard all of the time. I think I have become the "100 pack Queen". There are so many things that come in the 100pks (2 pointers) now I have not felt all that deprived. I too am trying to focus on being healthy and patient!!
