Ok, so yesterday's weight (or I should say lack of weight LOSS) must have been water weight, or constipation, or from a stressful weekend. Happy to have stepped on the scale this morning to a weight of 140!

Getting down into the 130's will be HUGE for me! I have been down to 138 in the past few years, but not for a very long time and it wasn't something that I was able to maintain with a "diet mentality".

Now this time it's totally different. I know that this isn't a diet that I'm on... this is my diet. This is how I need to eat. Truth is - it's enough food to sustain me and keep me healthy. It's not a huge sacrifice, it's just a lot of work to make sure that I have healthy food around at all time - that I plan ahead - that I take care of myself. I'm worth it though! I am totally worth the effort!
140.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good job keep losing weight and just keep journalizing and it is not fun as I like to graze when I eat but it is well worth it.
