Started eating lots of protein with a bit of fiber [fruits and vegies]. I'll do this for the next week or so. I've been lax on work outs, so I need to ramp that back up. Then I will go back to high fiber low cal. diet and see how things go. I'm pleased with my weight loss so far and with the exercise, I feel healthier. With the herbal supplements and drop in weight I no longer get leg issues. Now I need to start getting more limber with stretching exercises. No longer get heartburn either, so all in all everything is a big +. Just wish it was possible to regrow all the hair I've lost thru the years. Still when I look around me I see about 4 out of 5 people are over weight. So, we the "fatsecret" people are on the right track. Good luck to all. Cheers
196.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
