Still lost a pound...will probably have a delayed gain of 2 pounds due to the ice cream I had...we'll see. Spent time with family yesterday, didn't wanna be the only one not enjoying yummy ice cream. I got a little jittery after that ice cream too.

So, the thing is...it's not that I am craving carbs, in fact, I got a sugar high yesterday from a half of a bun that I had with a burger lol. That was a trip. I ate the half bun b/c it was fast food burger and those taste disgusting so I was trying to cut the nastiness with the bun. I used to eat that crap every day, a few times a day. Now once in a while is too often b/c it's just icky BUT convenient and convenience wins out sometimes out of necessity. UGH. Other than that, I am just glad to be where I'm at. I have always felt fat even when I weighed 115 in my early 20s, but this journey isn't about getting skinny, it's about getting to a healthy BMI and staying there for the rest of my life. I have 4 more pounds until I am at the higher end of a healthy BMI. THAT is exciting!
