Utterly horrible pain. Up all night. BIL cleaned my floors yesterday so house feels lighter. Maybe I'll be able to take a nap.
262.0 lb Lost so far: 35.0 lb.    Still to go: 97.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
