Oh my muscles ache but its a feel good ache.....using a walk behind mower for 3 hours sure can give you a work out. :) I should of eaten during the day but didn't and by the dinner came along I was starving. Had pizza...(not good) but I knew I was so hungry I did get a salad and ate that first so I didn't down a entire small pizza. I hope it won't kill the scale for me.
269.4 lb Lost so far: 10.6 lb.    Still to go: 49.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
