Thanks so much! I hadn't weighed in a few days, and stepped on the scales tonight. I don't usually weigh at night cause I feel discouraged, but I was happy to see that I was down one pound. I may weight tomorrow and see if perhaps I can pull off one more and make my 10lb goal a reality.
