While on vacation seeing my sister( who lives many states away) filled my heart with inspiration. She is regularly working out and getting in shape (which has been a struggle for her). But here she is getting out there and doing 5k/10k all the time. She just walks, jogs these races nothing pro but she looks amazing and I see how happy and healthier she is. I see pictures of all these fun events and walks and she made me so proud to have her as a sister and friend and be someone who inspires me to get my butt in gear and she has no idea she did that for me. So my ultimate goal besides my challanges here is to be able to do at least one 5k and at least one 10k. fyi in winter time I live in az and not used to 120 degree weather yet. Im not sure if this story will make any of you smile, but I really wanted to share that little story.
148.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
