I did it! I have lost 30 pounds. It feels great to be in control of my heath and my eating habits. It just need to continue and not gain this weight back. Only 11.5 pounds to go to be at my goal weight.
171.5 lb Lost so far: 30.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
