To have spent the last two weeks suffering..and did not lose but actually gain, is very dissappointing.. I will not let it defeat me. This body will have to come around becase I am in control...
163.2 lb Lost so far: 5.8 lb.    Still to go: 14.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 11 November 2010:
1248 kcal Fat: 46.55g | Prot: 64.43g | Carb: 157.14g.   Breakfast: Lowfat Plain Greek Yogurt, equal, coffee, Original Liquid Coffee Creamer. Lunch: cheese pizza, 14" Pepperoni Pizza. Dinner: Rising Crust Pizza - Pepperoni, Grapes. Snacks/Other: Melba Snacks Whole Grain, laughing cow. more...

That is a great attitude! Sometimes we have to tell our body that we will not be controlled by the aches and pains that life is throwing at us. We get up each day and start new. I may lose a battle now and then, but will win the war!
