Slowly beginning to get serious again but not quite in the zone yet.
140.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 1.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks, ruuds. Every time I let things slip it gets harder to get back on it. So it is always a relief when things start moving the right direction again. It's an age thing!

I’ve just started with this app and have tried loads of things before but I’m feeling good about this one and made me realise how much fat I eat 😵😵 good luck x

Welcome! Yes, it is interesting to see what you actually eat compared with what you think you eat. I like calorie counting for weight loss myself and try to keep low fat. Good luck to you too!
