Was out of town all weekend and took the brakes off. Ate a lot of restaurant food including fries TWICE. Oh well, I planned for it. Back on it today!!
185.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 10.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
