Jada Petsch's Journal, 09 November 2010

Down another 1/2 pound today. :) So feeling really great about it. I did see 280 even on the scale yesterday after breakfast, but ah well. I'll see it again soon anyways. ^.^ Walked 2 miles at the park yesterday, but I really need to go a bit earlier in the day, The sun sunk below the trees while we were there and it got COLD! lol. Also did some dancing at home, It wasn't overly fast, but it did make my legs tired and they're still a bit sore this morning. My bruises are getting better every day. The big one on my knee is 1/2 way gone. But the one over my shin is taking it's sweet time. I wish it would hurry up and heal so I could start jogging again. But I must have wacked the Sh** out of it is all I can say.

Having a mini bagel with cream cheese for breakfast. My sister is coming up to visit today too. And we're going to have my new favorite turkey dish. Yum. Also going to get a salad in today. :) And I think I might make beef stew or pot roast in the next couple of days as well. I've also come to really enjoy green beans. I never really liked them before, but now I find they taste pretty good. Guess it's just part of the process of reconditioning myself to eat more veggies.

Guess that's all for now. :)

Thanks Everyone! ^.^ Just taking it one day at a time. I mostly do the journaling for myself. Makes it easier to make plans, get out frustration, and something to look back on later. :) I know it's all pretty ordinary stuff, but that's my life. lol.

I love green beans! Actually, I adore all veggies (except celery, bleck). But they have to be fresh, or frozen if fresh isn't available. My roommate prefers canned veggies and I find them to be so disgusting and unpalatable. I guess that's just an example of how people differ :)

I wanted to congratulate you because a 1/2 lb any pound is better than nothing. Kudos.
