Started blood sugar readings yesterday. Fasting yesterday morning was around 119 and 93 this morning. All day yesterday before and after food it stayed around 130-135. Dr wants readings at the gym when I get dizzy and stuff so will have to take it with me tomorrow. So far I don’t think there’s an issue with my blood sugar. The 63 after eating a week ago must’ve been a fluke.
119.0 lb Lost so far: 41.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I’m eating 100-200 calories over my burn every day. I’m trying! Lol. I’m just trying to eat more ‘real’ food and less junk food. In a couple days I’ll add in more junk so I can see how my blood sugar acts with that stuff.

Did you see the cardiologist yet? Things OK? Dizziness still bad?

Things are better but I’m not lifting as heavy and I’m taking breaks between sets. That seems to help. Stress test and monitor came back normal. Echo showed diminished LVEF. Was 57% before chemo and 46% now. Lowered but nowhere near heart failure or anything. The nurse said everything looked okay. They want a tilt table next. The dr said a couple weeks ago that it would be my best bet, but we wanted to check the others because of the chemo 3.5 years ago.
