I have been a faithful fatsecret journaler since January 2, I have not cheated once, have been consistent in all aspects, BUT I gained 1.5 lbs this week.

What the heck, I have nothing to blame, don't have TOM anymore, I watch my salt intake, I eat no processed foods, I exercise, what the heck.

Well just keep truckin on that is all you can do, seems like the closer I get to my goal the farther away it is.
174.0 lb Lost so far: 69.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I know it's frustrating especially when you've done all the right things. Did you check your measurements maybe they are down? Or it could be your exercise has built a little more muscle which weighs more than fat but looks alot better. Just hang in there. You have done so well. You'll get there.
