Lose 50 in 2010?

I'm right on schedule. I have lost 43.8 in 2010 (I started my diet before joining fatsecret) and I have 7 weeks to go.

6.2 pounds in 7 weeks. Can I do it? YES I CAN!!!

I'm still in the middle of my "no chips for 3 weeks" personal challenge, too. I think that cutting chips out of my diet has really helped with my weight loss journey, no necessarily with the losses, but definately with my attitude about certain foods.

Yes, I can eat chips and still lose weight. But I was allowing myself to binge on light/fat free chips EVERY WEEKEND. And it was getting in the way of eating healthier snacks.

So, yes, I will be eating chips again in the future. But I'm not sure when, and I've learned that I don't need them.
163.2 lb Lost so far: 40.8 lb.    Still to go: 19.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
