GOOOOOOD MORNIN EVERYONE!!!!...another day another pound gone again...gettin ready to layer up once again...and headed out for a morning walk...then off to the gym to sweat sweat sweat...then headed out to help friend load some stuff...so will be a busy morning..i tried on the 42s once again last night, an they are just so close to being able to button them...and i think all the extra steps are whats helpin...along with watchin what i eat...last night i wanted something salty so bad...and i gave in an had 6 crackers...alll the time i was kickin myslf for having them...but i drank 2 bottles of water while eating them thinkin mabye that would help flush it out...must of worked...lol...well layed in bed longer then i needed to, but it just felt to good to want to hop right out ...so hope everyone is doing great!!!!...slow an steady gets the weight off!!!...catch you all later...


MY MINI GOALS TO FOCUS ON DAILY!!!!

1. BELIEVE IN YOURSELF !!!!!
2. YOU ACCOMPLISH ANYTHING YOU SET YOUR MIND TO !!!!!
3. KEEP A POSITIVE ATTITUDE !!!!!
4. VISUALIZE YOURSELF AT YOUR GOALS WEIGHT, IT HELPS YOU TO GET TO YOUR GOAL EASIER !!!!!
5. I AM FIRST !!!!!
6. FORGIVE YOURSELF WHEN YOU MESS UP AND GET BACK ON BACK ON TRACK AT THE NEXT MEAL !!!!
7. DRINK 16 oz OF WATER SOON AS YOU GET OUTTA BED !!!!
8. EAT YOUR HIGHEST AMOUNT OF CALORIES AT BREAKFAST !!!!!
9. AT LUNCH FEWER CALORIES !!!!!
10. AT SUPPER EVEN LESS CALORIES !!!
11. WATER!!! ..WATER!!! ...WATER!!!...FLUSH OUT THE SYSTEM !!!
12. TAKING DAYS OFF IS NECESSARY !!!!!! FOR RECOVERY !!!
13. DOING HI-INTENSITY WORKOUTS BUILDS UP MY HEART MUSCLES SO THAT I CAN GET MORE OXYGEN IN MY BODY TO BURN OFF MORE CALORIES !!!!!
14. EAT ENOUGH FOOD SO YOU DONT PUT YOUR BODY INTO STARVATION MODE !!!!
15. EXERCISING SHOULD BECOME AN ENJOYABLE EXPERIENCE THAT YOU LOOK FORWARD TO EACH DAY!!
16. AND LAST BUT STILL SOMETHING TO REMEMBER !!!!....DO THE BEST YOU CAN DO EVERYDAY !!!!!!

Goooooooood Morning Mr. Fun! Great pound loss1 You must have given that pound to me! I have a question for ya! How do you drink that 16 ounces of water as soon as you get up and then not pee your pants when you go for your walk? Do you have time to take a potty break before you walk? When my hubby and I walk together, he almost always stops to pee behind a tree. Luckily we live on the edge of our subdivision - almost "in the country." He would love my putting this fact on the world wide web for all to see! Ha! Have a great day!

i usually drink 8 oz of water with breakfast...plus a protein shake before i go walkin...i get layered up...and right before i head out the door, i go one more time..soon a i get home my first stop is potty room...an hopefully it wont be occupied...lol..i hope this answers your question to share with your hubby an all your friends on the world wide web !!!!...hahahah

just got home from a morning walk...we had a dustin of snow over some freezin rain im guessin...i only slipped one time..an i fell one time...i fell right out in front of a school with a fence around it...used the fence to pull myslf bck up...the sidewalk in front of the fence has to be the slickest place on the whole route...and always is..guess im gonna have to walk in the street when i get to that place on my route...so far...6605 in steps...

now...if i take a water pill ..just to get the extra water outta my system every 10 days or so...then thats a differnt story...sometimes i have to find a tree....lol

but its dark when i go walkin...one of the advantages of going when its dark...and not gettin caught!!!!!

Mike, I just realized that I fashioned the journal I just wrote after yours. I copied your "Gooood morning..." and your goal list idea. You must be inspiring me subconsciously! :) I tried the early bedtime last night and was successful until woken up by family. So today I'm buying ear plugs! And I'm going to take kids on a walk, plus my treadmill. Gonna get in those steps! Yesterday I did 90 minutes on treadmill, counted my steps in a minuted, and multiplied by 90. I had over 11,000 steps. But I was surprised it takes so long to get those steps on the treadmill. They want 10,000 a day! That's a lot, especially if someone has a desk job. But I need to get a good pedometer. Oh, I'm gonna go write that on my list!

something to remember and sometimes thats hard to do the only person you are in competition with is yourself...your tryin to compete with yourslf to do more each day instead of just sittin around an not gettin any movement..thats what got you where your at now...to much sittin an not enough exercise...challenging your body is what it takes to get it to burn the calories that we all like to eat each day...after about 2-3 weeks, you need to change exercise routines so that your challenging your body to do more...or it gets use to the same routine and yes you will burn calories, but not as many as you once did when your body wasnt use to that routine...

just got home from a morning of bein on the move...did a morning walk, 60 min..then the gym..could only do 25 min on ellliptical..and did another 20 on treadmill...and was just on bike for 22 min...and not sure if i will get an afternoon walk in..as im headed to walmart after lunch..so...right now, my total steps is 19207...along ways from 30,000, but thats ok...i noticed today i was alot more tired once i got to the gym, and it was hard to do what i did when i was ther...

thanks everyone...after a great nites sleep, cant really feel any soreness today so guess all them layers padded my fall..lol
