Slowly but surely... I know I've been saying this for weeks but the weight really would come off faster if I'd EXERCISE MORE! My goal for this week is to kick it up - do at least 3 workouts this week.
142.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
