I think I did pretty well yesterday, but the way this thing counts my calories is confusing. Most tools just tell you, Here's the maximum number of calories you should eat today. This one assumes I'm burning calories even when I'm sedentary. Not sure yet how to process all that, but I think if I stay right around 1300 cal a day then I'm doing pretty well.

I need to move more.
165.5 lb Lost so far: 12.5 lb.    Still to go: 20.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
